Ordering
How do I place an order?
It's quite simple really! Browse through eBuyNow shop or the Skype shop or FREETALK site until you find the item you wish to purchase.
From the product pages, select the item you'd like to buy. You can click "Buy" to place your order.
Once the item you wish to purchase has been added to your cart, you can begin the checkout process. This is a quick and secure two page process; complete the cart details and remember to review your order, Delivery Information, Billing Information, and Place Your Order. You'll then receive an order confirmation email. When your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email as well.
Is your site secure?
Yes, any personal information given to eBuyNow will be protected. Any Personally Identifiable Information will not be disclosed to any third parties. Any eBuyNow server will secure your personal information with up-to-date firewall and encryption techniques during the ordering process.
In order to protect customers to the fullest extent, eBuyNow does not store your credit card information at any time.
To assist you in recognizing secure areas of the eBuyNow website, a small lock icon will appear in the lower right-hand corner of your web browser. When this icon is present, and in the locked position, you know that information on that page will be secured.
Added online security to protect your personal information from unauthorized use is provided by using advanced SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) encryption.
How do I send my order as a gift?
There is currently no Gift Wrapping Service (we are working on it!), however none of our products are delivered with an invoice or visible price.
Can I place an order online and pick it up at your warehouse?
Sorry, our warehouses are not set up for customer pick up.
Can I place a phone or mail order?
We are only able to accept orders through our online shopping cart.
My order won’t go through, what do I do?
We are sorry to hear you are having problems placing your order. The first thing to do is double check you have entered all your details correctly. If your order still won't go through check you have the required funds for your purchase or you could try using a different payment method.
Although not necessary for a more enhanced shopping experience, try using the latest version available for your browser and check if you have javascript enabled. We find users with up to date software have no difficulty using our store. As a last resort if you are still having problems placing and order please contact us and we will do our best to facilitate your purchase.
I placed my order but did not receive a confirmation email. Did the order go through?
This happens occasionally when spam filters block emails from unrecognized email addresses. To avoid this you can add info@ebuynow.com to your address book. Please contact our Customer Support Team if you still need a copy of your Order Confirmation.
How do I cancel my order?
We send our orders to our shippers very quickly in order to get the fastest delivery for you, and therefore have a very small window of time to cancel. Please contact our Customer Support Team as soon as possible, and they will do their best to cancel it for you depending on the status of your order. If your order has been shipped, we will not be able to cancel, however we will do our best to assist you.
How do I change details of my order?
We send our orders to our shippers very quickly in order to get the fastest delivery for you, and therefore have a very small window of time to change details. Please contact our Customer Support Team as soon as possible, and they will do their best to change it for you depending on the status of your order. If your order has been shipped, we will not be able to change it, however we will do our best to assist you.

How long does delivery take?
Our typical delivery times globally are 7-10 business days, but often arrive even before that! eBuyNow includes all shipping costs within the low price you see offered. In order to keep prices low, we utilize various methods of shipping, from courier to regular post depending on the country and product ordered. As we are shipping all over the globe, delivery to some locations can take up to 30 days depending on conditions and delays.
When orders shipped internationally reach the destination country,they may be subject to customs clearance procedures which can cause delays beyond original delivery estimates. If you believe your order has been lost or have not received it after 30 days please feel to contact us.
How much will shipping cost me?
eBuyNow includes all shipping costs within the low price you see offered.
Do you offer express shipping?
No, however quite a few of our customers have requested this option and it will be available soon.
Can my shipping address be different from my billing address?
Yes, the addresses can be different within the same country. If the billing address and shipping address are in different countries, refer to our FAQ “Can I order from one country and ship to another?”
Can I order from one country and ship to another?
Yes, however there are limitations.
- In the US, we can only ship within the US.
- Australia and New Zealand can only ship to each other.
- Japan can only ship within Japan.
- All other countries can facilitate ordering from one country and shipping to another.
Only part of my order has arrived, when can I expect the remainder?
As we have several warehouses around the world it happens occasionally that parts of one order are shipped from different warehouses, depending on our stock levels. Please allow a reasonable amount of time for the remainder of your order to reach you. If you still have questions, please contact our Customer Support Team.
Do you offer bulk shipping discounts?
We offer high quality products at Everyman prices, and cannot offer any further discounts.

What payment methods do you accept?
We are always updating our payment methods to best serve our customers. Currently, we accept Visa credit and debit cards (including Visa Electron), Mastercard, and PayPal. If there is a payment method in your country that you would like to use that we do not list, please suggest it to us at Customer Support and we will look into it.
Are there any hidden costs?
No, the price you see on your checkout cart is the price you pay. All taxes and shipping costs are included in this price.
Is it safe to use my credit card on your site?

What is PayPal?
PayPal is a payment method for online purchases enabling buyers and businesses to send and receive money online. One advantage of using PayPal as a payment method is that it offers fast, safe and easy checkouts and protects customers from revealing their credit card and other financial information to the merchant. You can sign up for a PayPal account by going to https://www.paypal.com
Existing PayPal users who would like to use PayPal when placing an order can click on the "Checkout with PayPal" button. New PayPal users who would like to use PayPal as a payment method will be redirected to the PayPal website to sign up for an account and will be presented with the "Checkout with PayPal" option when they get back to In Store Shop.
Do you accept Cashier’s Cheques or Money Orders?
At the moment we cannot accept Cashier’s Cheques or Money Orders, however we are working on having these as payment options in the future.
When will my card be charged?
Your card will be charged immediately once your transaction has been approved.
How do I request an invoice?
Once your order is processed, an invoice will automatically be sent to your email address. We recommend that you print a copy of this invoice. However, if you need a copy of it at a later date, please contact our Customer Support Team.

What are your warranty terms?
eBuyNow offers a 12 month warranty on all of its products (with proof of purchase) effective from the date of purchase. During this time, if you have a issue with your product we will offer you a replacement, or at our discretion, a refund. We will pay reasonable return charges for defective products.
Excluded from the Warranty:
Damage caused by accidents or disasters, such as fire, flood, earthquakes, war, vandalism or theft. Incompatibility with other hardware/software
This warranty is in addition to your statutory rights, which are unaffected.
How do I return an item?
We accept returns of new, unopened items from eBuyNow within 14 days of delivery for a full refund.
You can pack and send your return to us in just a few simple steps.
- Please contact Customer Support to inform us that you would like to return your goods.
- We will then issue you an RMA (Returned Merchandise Authorization) number and an address to return your order.
- Please label the package with the address we have provided. Please clearly write the RMA number on the package
- Take the package to the local post office
Do I have to pay for postage if I want to return an item?
We will pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error. If you change your mind about your purchase, you will have to pay for shipping yourself.
How long does it take to process my returns?
As soon as your product reaches our Returns center, it will get processed immediately and you will receive your refund within 5 working days.
Where and when can I expect my refund?
Your refund will always be made to the original purchase method. So if you paid with a credit card, it will be refunded to that card. If you paid with PayPal, it will be refunded there. Most credit card companies will refund you within 5 working days, however this can vary from card to card. PayPal will email you immediately when a refund has been made to your account.
Can a different account be credited with a refund?
No,we can only refund to the original purchase method.
